WZ, Great job on everything you have done to that boat, looks great. have a question - what is that access hole in the top for? Is it filled with foam? - I might have missed it if you mentioned it already.

WZ - Great job - I just purchased a 1986 Sylvan Offshore and I'm looking to follow in your footsteps with the bracket. I'm going to have it made.
Your ​Suzuki 140 4 stroke is rated at 420 lbs.
I'm looking for a Suzuki 140 EFI 2 stroke (380 lbs) or possibly a Suzuki 225 EFI 2 stroke (470 lbs). Any thoughts.

As far as the offset is concerned, I'm going to keep it at 29".

After your experience, what would you change if any
