I am ready to place an order but before doing so I want to make sure if the swivel tops come with these bolster brackets

They dont mention it, and I wrote iboats yesterday and still no reply. Can anyone confirm this for me? or anyone who has bought these brackets from iboats?

so for anyone wanting to know they do come with the swivel tops. gonna order me a couple pairs right now
