Re: Is there an easy way...
Never said there was an easy way complete an entire restoration. If you go back and read your post that I originally quoted you will see that is not the only thing you complained about. Sometimes there is an easy/easier way to complete a single task. Maybe one day you will help someone out when they ask is there an easy way instead of letting it "kill you". Here are a couple of examples of "Is there an easy way" question that have an answer of yes.
Question: Is there an easy way to intall a captured nut other than welding. Answer: Maybe, Take a look at rivnuts.
Question: is there an easy way to fix a crack in a water jacket? Answer: Maybe, Take a look at Lock & Stitch.
Who cares if newbies ask the same question over and over. Just keep answering, encouraging them to do it right and to continue with their project. For most here this is a hobby not a job.
So you know an easy way to restore it a boat besides hiring someone else to do it for you???
... if you do I'm really interested in hearing how.
