I have an 18' Starcraft Supersport that I've had on the scales and it weighs about 2200 pounds loaded with fuel and gear.

I'm concerned that I won't be able to tow it with my vehicle.

I have a 2001 2500HD with a Duramax/Allison and it is only rated for 12,000.

Can I put on an extra cooler so I'm able to tow my boat????

My wife and I want to take our four kids across the Atlantic in our 14' tinny all the kids know how to swim of course except the newborn and we will have at least one life jacket to share in case the waves get big how much gas will we need for this trip thankyou oh and is our 15hp johnson big enough

sorry tackelwasher but i am in a dilema right now. My boat motor is burning the gas, and that is a waste of gas, but it will not run without it

Showing any sign of weakness or disfunction in the family unit.
Random example: "My kids won't help clean the boat out ofter I take them out" I guarantee that would be greeted with a slew of "your the captain" comments and "anyone who won't submit to my will is not allowed on the boat".

I'm not saying there isn't merit to those comments, but they usually come off like a personal attack more than constructive advice.
