Clean up the gasket surfaces real good and check/change the thermostats.
Ok, upon further inspection, I found a crank "ring"broken. With that said, should I replace all of them, which seems practical to me. I am ordering new pistons and rings, along with a gasket kit. Do you think there is anything else I should include while I'm at it? It looks like there is more than one piston/ring combo available. Any ideas? To make a long story short, new pistons, rings and gaskets. Am I missing something? Thanks guys.
Thanks guys. Yea just to clear things up, I need to bore the block. The #3 cyl had a 1" chunk of ring missing. It done some minor damage. As far as rod bearings go, replace them all?
And yes, my pistons will be over-sized .030
