With the regular refs doing the game tonight, How long till we see a bad call and blame it on the strike. Next excuse will be "The refs been away to long".

I think they'll be a bit rusty, but anything has got to be better than what we've gone through the last 3 weeks. I wonder how long it's going to take the players to adjust to not thinking they can get away with everything they've been able to do. Late hits, etc...

I was hoping they would pull that out at the end.

Typical brownies, throw a hail mary pass 4 rows deep into the stands.

Got to cut him a little slack, he's only a rookie.... Give the Browns a couple years and they may be pretty good...

The only thing that experienced refs are there for is the Margin ..

They are Good at their jobs and get paid for it. .. not to call 27 fowles and botch the System lol ..

Bad calls are inherent with the NFL .. but how we get from a Player stating that it was a good call is a totally different point..

Its rigged IHO .. and you can see that now that the Teams Dont want it so blantent.

You need good Refs to NOT call pens for a rigged game.

See it or dont ..

They couldn't be any good with a 7 game spot for the division

Yacht, I think you're a little overboard on the rigged factor of the NFL. I don't share your beliefs, at all.

You think thats not rigged .. Tell me where im wrong.

Its not the Reffs that do the final call .. its the upper guys. .. Tell me its not rigged ..

I dont think I'm a little overboard. I have seen the Jazz beat the Bulls .. but no.. there is MJ on his final moment and walking half way across the boards to score ..

Reffs do it to where you cant see it LOL ..they will replay something that you will complain about.. but nothing ever comes from it.

Yea . all things considered its still rigged ..

YD, you're not being rational, so there is nothing I can say to make you think otherwise.

Re: NFL - Week 4

People have been making claims of rigged games for years. I guess I can't get on that wagon either........ Now that little bounty fiasco with the Saints, that I can sink my teeth into....

NY Giants fell a yard short last night. Hard fought back and forth contest. Eli threw an INT in the end zone and couldn't move the ball closer for a routine FG in the final seconds which made the game come down to a 54 yd FG attempt when his career long is 53 yds. Refs called the game tight but fair.

Have to agree. Shame the field goal attempt fell short but still a good game to watch. Especially from Korea !!!!

Vikings 3 - 1 who would have thunk it, not me. The special teams had a great day, Detroit's not so much. Wasn't exactly a stellar day for Ponder, but AP had just over 100yds. Next, the Titans come to town. Lots of exciting endings to games this week.....
