does anybody know if there are drain plugs in the OMC cobra outdrives??? If so, where are they at Thanks, Bryan
Is that what that thing is? I have a 1990 Chriscraft 198 Concept and there was tube about 3" in diameter and 8-10" long that froze one year. It was way behind the engine and I had to pull half the boat apart to get to it. Once it was out, the guy at the marina who told me what to do tapped on it with a hammer for a while and resoldered one end of it. I put it back on and it was good as new. Under the black paint it is all copper.
I was just askin why I have a power steering cooler in my boat. That fluid dont get that hot!!??
A buddy of mine has a 24 foot cabin cruiser with a 350 in it and he does not have one. Another one has a 19ft Rinker with i think some v6, and he said he dont think he has one??
Is that how u filled yours? If u did, you'll only do it once.On the right side near the bottom is big screw. thats the drain plug. The one near the top is the fill plug BUT fill it from the BOTTOM, not the top.
