Now we have several US territories, which you may be confusing as states:facepalm:.
The last time that i looked at our US flag it only had 50 starsYou have 52 states, (right) we have ten provinces and two territories (at least thats what they used to be called)
Here the provinces that make huge coin (OIL/natural gas/MFG, divert a portion into a "slush fund" that is diverted into other provinces/areas that are not doing so well
(at one time Ontario and Quebec were the ecomomic hubs of Canada due to all the MFG that they did, now not so much)
now it has moved into the resources catagory. so now places like BC Alberta, Sask, Manitoba, Newfoundland are making good coin when the commodities prices are high.
So were am I going with this, no idea:facepalm: But if every provinces is working towards a common goal (yes even Quebec, at times) alot more can be accomplished than working alone.
