My radar has a microswitch that is cam operated at 0 degrees. Seen a 0 degree switch on another radar too. My guess is yours has one too. The 250 volts is the maximum voltage rating of the fuse. It has nothing to do with the current rating. It is probably the most common rating I have seen. You can use them all day long. 6.3 amps is strange sounding, though.
