thanks a lot bro, It was a joke that started when we went fishing with a friend of ours and my wife jolleen was the only one who could catch anything, so my friend ryan named that spot in the lake jolleen's hole, and the jokes haven't stopped

just wanted to say thank you SSSSSSooooooooo much to every one who helped me with advice and suggestions on my boat. We have been out on the lake and the gulf a couple times and my wife and I are so happy with the way the boat turned out, and it would not have happened without all of your help....thank you to all!!! And yeah, I know that's a little one but it's one of many!!!

Nice fix up on your 'toon dirtleg. The 55 Johnny on my 20 foot pontoon sits way lower in the water than your's, probably a good six more inches. It looks like your motor is not sitting down all the way on the transom. If you have any trouble with the prop letting go of the water, or any uncertainty about cooling water flow drop that motor down on the transom. If you don't have one a telltalle is an easy upgrade on that motor, and a handy aid to have. I'm pretty sure there is a link in the OMC FAQ page If that motor is delivering sufficient fuel through the carbs, and sufficient cooling water it will run for another 30 years. My '76 has 140 lbs plus of compression, starts with a tap of the key, and runs smooth as silk at idle or WOT. You've got a dandy combination there in boat and motor, enjoy.

Maybe u can help me with that imuss, I get a ton of drag from the motor and a ton of water v'ing over the sides of the cowling, I raised it a bit to reduce, but no noticeable difference. The only time I have problems with the prop letting go is in REALLY rough water, but even that is rare. What do u think? I love the motor, have had to replace power pack but that's it so far. Would love more mph but who wouldn't

Finally got Scarab Chris's Underwater LED's mounted on the livewell brackets on the back of each pontoon (www.coastalnightlights.com) so worth the money and they looked awesome and they did attract bait fish, photo isn't great but you can see how awesome this pontoon looked running at night!! thanks chris, I'm a believer!

Nice rig Dirtleg. Consider underskinning to reduce drag and some of the splash.
