Thanks for asking tom, I rebuilt the powerhead and used the stator from the old powerhead. I sent the old PH to my friend in texas for the replacement PH.

decar, your stator should be fine. Ain't broke don't fix it. Reeds are located in the intake manifold behind the carburator. Mercruiserparts.com is a good source for find what you need.

I am trying to find out which stator I have. Is the Red one always the new stator with higher current for the recharging?
