********need help********
Ok guy's I need help here. Tonight I was wet sanding the sides of the hull on the blue paint like I have been doing sinse the begining. Now on the portside I am having CLUMPING in the sand paper and the coat of paint that I just put on last night is coming off. So what the fart did I go wrong?
Ok so I am using Brightside one part marine paint by Interlux.
Fiberglass Solvent Wash 202
Brushing liquid 333 to improve the flow of the brightside.
So ofcourse I ran out of the 202
in which I have been using the entire time. But my local supplier has been out so what does a desperate guy do
I go out to Blowe's and buy TSP-PF All Purpose Heavy Duty Cleaner. Now it clearly states it is used to clean surfaces in preperation for painting!!!!
WTFART, no it is not working, my 4th coat is shedding like a dog in blotches in random places. But it is not doing it on the starboard side.
So now that Murphy has finally showed up to the party and I have gone back two steps what do I need to do to fix the problem?
If I cannot get anymore Interlux 202 what can I use to wipe down the paint surface in preperation for the new coats?
