stripper......now i must wash and remove oxidation, dust, and debris i was thinkin i would use a acid wash perhaps muriatic acid but im not sure what to use on aluminium....What do you guys think??????

Edd are you running salt water or fresh that will make a differance traileres or not . We could use some pictures to see what the problem areas are and probably give you better assistance.

Rick, I probably should not even bring this up for fear it is wrong ( I'm a Newbie) and someone will do it anyway and screw everything up. Please blast me if nessasary to discurage this if it is wrong! I use coil cleaner (Nu Bright) on my aluminum for my trucks to take off oxidation. Im not a Tin Canner, but could that work Tin can boats too?

Nismo you didnt happen to pick her up for around $300 down there in Fla did you. The paint honestly doesnt matter much as long as you wash it when you pull it out . There are several of us here using Rustoleum Kev the other Fort Meyers member in the Starcraft club even started us doing it without a brush just roll it on.

Re: seriously I need help with my STARCRAFT

Edd let me take a few with the pics and see what I can come up with . My first thought was to rivet new aluminum over the holes and seal the snot out of it.
