Hey all, made some progress, I am convinced that this was a one off order, or an experiment on Mark Twain's part. I think the hull was made and then modded to fit two 6cyl engines, they match the build plate so I know they are original. There are cutouts in the stringers etc to fit the engines, but they were not glassed in, just bare wood, and the glass matte over the stringers is thin and let water in the bilge in. It worked it's way dawn to the transom where the delamination is taking place. I really need to remove both engines and redo the stringers and lower transom, pretty intimidating, but can be done. It can be used as is, but is really in need of attention. I'll post pics of the cut parts, but I can blow air through the stringers and it comes out screw holes at the lower transom.
Should I keep this thead alive through the process or start new ones? Thanks
