Monday, no matter if I haven't gotten this resolved, I'm taking it for a spin.

Drive it like you stole it. Sometimes givin it arseholes does it the world of good ....blow all the crap outa it ....but , if it doesnt clean up and run well dont persevere to long

Because if your dumb enough to steel something you wouldnt think of that , and youd be real keen to leave the scene of the crime asap , specially if the cops (Henry handcuffs ....where the hell did you get that ....no, no, I dont really want to know ) were already on your arse , its a humourous line " drive it like you stole it " sorta in the same vein as " drives like a lost getaway driver " ....being a tad erratic and likely to make rapid ,badly thought out changes in direction in the height of panic as Elliot Ness and his team of untouchables ( trying to think of something in your age range) is closing the gap in hot pursuit , in their wallowing standard federal enforcement sedan , bristling with Colt .38 police positive pistols and Thompson sub machine guns ....while you lost the 7th hub cap off the same car .
( and they reckon Germans are humourless )............far out jimmbo, your a hard case, and youd make a lousy criminal ( I mean that in a nice way )

It's been so long I basically forgot what your symptoms are? How about a new video. If you make it into a YouTube (easy) it transfers better quality.

Yeah, I'm pushing to make it to a trip in August we've planned for a year now.

It's discouraging that I can find several threads where someone asks about an issue similar to mine, the same members lending help, and the person with the issue just disappears.

I'm still reading lots of threads learning and learning. I've seen a few threads where someone tells them to test the compression again. So this time I rented a compress tester from Napa.
I got:
126, 134, 126, 128.
I also moved the spark tester out from 7/16 to 1/2 inch and the spark jumps it just fine on all cylinders. The color was blue. Not yellow or orange.
Oh, and as best I can tell the spark is consistent, sparking at each rotation.

I should have time to put the carburetors back on tomorrow.
Once I get it running again, and whether it runs good or not, I'm going run it after dark and look for possible arcing.
