Here's how I recommend that you install your stringers. I would use the 404 or 435 Poly resin and 1.5 oz CSM mat and 1708 Biax Cloth. Start with 5 gallons of resin and 15 yds of mat and 15 yds of 1708.
Coat the stringers in Resin and apply the CSM making sure to wrap the edges. When they are dry, Lay down a bead of PL Premium Adhesive on the bottom edges and let it set for a couple of hours so it will firm up a bit. When it is firm but still a bit squishy, install the stringer and tab it to the hull using 3 inch wide by 12" long pieces of the 1.5oz mat. Mix your resin HOT so it will set FAST. This will get the stringers, IN PLACE and vertical. (NOTE: Make sure you have a way to brace them and keep them 90 degees and in place). When the tabs dry, mix up the Peanut Butter(Thickened resin) and fillet in the stringers using a Large Plastic Spoon. Wait till the NEXT DAY and then start laying the 1708 over the stringers. The first layer of 1708 should extend out on the hull approx. 4-5 inches and the 2nd 8-10 inches. Try REAL hard not to get air bubbles in the cloth. Use your hands and the stick pins to hold it all in place. A 6" Plastic putty knife works well to help smooth and spread. Just don't STARVE the cloth of resin.
