Re: To Build a Boat (any boat)
Tracker you move fast... looks great... I agree with calico though after messing around with my 4 hp I wish I had a 9.9 to play with... feels unstable for about 5 minutes but by the second time out I was "power surfing"

Standing up while under full power of the 4hp. dont forget the gps for the speed readings. Your going to find out that you'll need to keep your weight near the front of the cockpit when you get moving. it'll dip the front when your at a standstill but not a problem when moving.

Pony i'm amazed you read the whole thing

I see now that A.D.D is a comunicable disease. That link gives a good base for ideas or complete plans if you pefer. My next build will be a mixture of plans and my own personal touches. Fiberglass is messy so do yourself a favor and get ya a box of rubber gloves and lotsa cheap paint brushes before you start

I found that cheap food containers from a dollar store make good resin mixing cups. They flex and pop out the hardened resin and makes it easy for reuse.

Thats a good looking motor for a good price. I saw that earlier when I was browsing but I'm thinking I need to wait till I can find something between 15 and 25 mph. The price is right now but he doesnt list shipping cost and I'd hate to get stuck with $500 shipping charge

And I have to ask permission to use paypal before I bid.

Amazingly amoungst all the redneck funnin there is actually some good info posted here, if you can read between the lines.
