We've got a sitter lined up so if the weather is good my wife and I are definitely coming. Scott, where and when should we meet you? We're coming from York.

P.S. - Try not to get banned again between now and then. It would be most inconvenient :)

LOL! I'll do my best.
You could also meet us at Lapidum, OR if we are all meeting for breakfast, we could meet at the Nauti-Goose, whatever you prefer.

I was just wondering what the age of everyone is? You don't have to tell wife's age.;)
My wife and I are 49.

Also, should we bring anything for the raft up?
Is anyone packing lunch? Munchies?

I was watching the weather channel last night for a couple minutes and they were talking about this front coming through for the weekend. They stopped talking about what it was going to do on Saturday.

I'm 42, my better half is 40. We might bring some munchies, nothing special.

I just looked at weather.com for Havre de Grace.
Sunday in mostly sunny high of 57.
Must be cold front coming through because Sat. is chance of showers high of 70.
Of course I don't trust any of it.:p

Weatherbug says 65! We'll see when it gets here, anything over 45 and Sunny I'm good with.

The leaves look to be at peak here in HDG(at the shop), should make for some beautiful pictures.
Speaking of pictures, this may be an opportunity to get some action shots and maybe some video? I'll bring my digicam, it also captures some half decent video.

I am dusting off and getting everything together for my camcorder.
Don't know if it works anymore.
It would be great to get pictures and video of each others boats in action. Of course the tinkerer in me is trying to figure out how to mount the camcorder to the boat.:D
If I remember I am going to get a spare card for wife's camera so maybe get some short video on that too.

Re: Upper Chesapeake Bay Fall Foliage Cruise

Hey guys!!!

Sorry that I have been out of touch today. Altough I will say the weather in Cancun is beautiful right now. 90 degrees and sunny! :p How is it back home?

Anyway, looks like everything is falling together for Sunday. I am stoked!!! Can't wait to meet everyone. BTW, my wife and I are 24 and 25 years old. :)

I think that we can keep the orginal plan of meeting at Nauti Goose at 9 for breakfast for anyone that wants to. As of now, it will be my wife and I and Skargo and his wife. Please let us know if you plan on attending breakfast so we don't start without you! ;)

Then we can all make a run to HDG and meet everyone else at 10 am. It looks like all the boats heading that way are about the same size and should be able to travel the same speed roughly. Then we can meet up with everyone and decide exactly what route to travel based on the weather conditions.

Please feel free to make other suggestions and set some final plans if need be. I will probably check back in one more time before the weekend.

Have a great week everyone and we will see you on Sunday!

Hey guys-
I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to make it Sunday due to a number of things.
BUT- feel free to hail me on 09.
Either way, enjoy the day. Hope the weather cooperates!

BTW- Since "Winter Dream" is staying in the slip, I won't be winterizing for another month or so.:D
For me, the hard part will be finding time to enjoy her before putting her to bed for the winter.

That's a shame. I was really looking forward to meeting you and checking out the boat.
Actually, I was hoping you had a coffee pot.:)

I have a couple questions while I think about it.
Who, how and when is the call to go or no go?
If we come for breakfast are we going right to Nauti-goose towing the boat?
