Please reread my suggestion to use "no email notification". You are then automatically subscribed to every thread that you reply to, but do not get the email. When you click "User CP" it lists every thread that has had a reply since you replied. Kind of works the same as "My Replies" except you need to click "show all" to see those that have not had a hit . . .

BTW, I want "My Replies" back also, but this is not a "workaround" it's pretty much the same thing . . .

Except that with "My replies" your list just continues to grow....no way to edit it.

with subscriptions, you can "unsubscribe" to any thread that you no longer want to follow....

That's true, I accidentally "unsubscribed" from Huron Angler's resto thread by clicking on the wrong button! Sorry HA, I'll find your thread and re-subscribe to it!

I don't know QC, maybe we are all cried out

I've been using the subscription method like was suggested. At this point the main reason I think the my replies option needs to come back is to benefit new users who haven't read this thread to learn how to set up there CP to auto-subscribe.

so is there still no hope of getting a my replies button back?? since the new format I am having big troubles finding post to other peoples questions to do follow up...makes the forum very handicap for us dumb old men

Maybe we should get a small icon to represent us!! :facepalm:

Many of us miss that button and please give the forum IT guys time to find us a new item. This post was started before the upgrade and it has not returned.

With the Upgraded look just click on "Settings" upper right, and you get pretty much the same thing as My Replies

I think clicking on settings just brings you to your "subscribed" threads. Not the same as my replies button, it is the auto subscribe method.

I don't subcribe to all the threads I post on. If I want to look at the threads I replied to this is what I do.

Right click on your name (upper RH Blue panel next to notifications) left click "open in new window" On the LH side below "Member list" you will see "Find all Posts". LH click on that will show all the posts you've made. Then you can either open the thread with the top line or click on your post at "RE:XXXXX" and it will take you to your post. You then scroll down to see the other responses.

Hope this helps I'm still looking to find what all the new stuff is and where it takes you, I just keep clicking my mouse

I think that there should be a sticky for new users along the lines of "Tips for navigating the forums." Included in that sticky should be the use of the auto-subscribe feature.

I looked through the stickies that are currently there and it is a mess. Your rank by post count is under engine FAQ?? I'm not trying to stir the pot, I just think that under the forum rules and guidelines section would be a better place for the info that is in other stickies (New users shouldn't have to hunt to find basic forum info in random sections.)
