When someone prys my frozen fingers off the steering wheel, usually in Mid-Dec. I like fishing in Dec, if there is anything to catch. usually we lose the Bluefish by Thanksgiving or 1st week in Dec., and have only Stripers to catch until they go away usually by 3rd week in Dec...

In SE Ga we boat all year, few days here and there that is too cold for boating

I'm told that the boating season here is from October to May. Too hot in between.

However, we are having the best time on the water right now.
The place is empty and today we were the only boat at our favourite island.
Empty, calm water for my boy to wakeboard and deserted beaches.
Temp 114F, Water 92F, Nice breeze.
Fantastic.

Wow 92f Water temp. You could boil eggs in that water. LOL

Not sure what the highest water temp in AZ but Im sure its close to that.

Here in North GA, we CAN boat year round, but usually by end of October its too cold for the kids to go tubing. By End of November the lake has gotten very cold and the fish bite is tough, so unless you want to just tool around the lake, boat gets put away until the spring spawn (usually around late March).

Boat purty much year round down here. Was a lil chilly for awhile last winter. But check out these wussies from northern MN dressed in thick jackets and long pants whilst us hardcore FL boys are still in shorts. That's Jack Link sitting on the bow of the Lil Jerk btw. I'm fortunate enough to do the canvas & cushion work on his Regulator in Nokomis.

Though it does slow down sometimes my season never ends.
