Without your present rpm and speed there is no way to know what an up graqdse would be.
We really need your max rpm and speed ,type of boat and typical load and activity to make an educated prop suggestion.Changing props without the max rpm and speed is a crap shoot.Could result in poor performance at the least and premature motor failure at the worst. If no specs tell us how the boat performs ,what you need from it.
I checked here at iboats there are 3 types and at least 8 or 10 sizes listed.

i know i can't ask for much in my setup, it's basically a 80 17ft beach craft open bow, fiberglass, it runs great, not too fast but works for fishing. But if a change in prop would help peak speed that would be great too.ohh to let you guys know. this is my first boat, i bought the boat for 100 and got the motor for free. just had to buy some parts to get it going. and it sure did, started first start. I'm very happy on what i have done, this is also just the beginning. i know there is more to come.

Although I second TD's suggestion to try right here at iboats, here's another source:

It sounds like you are pushing quite a bit of boat for a 35hp motor. As such, you are probably going to need to go with a pitch selection that is on the lower end of what is offered.

don't know much on pitches so how does it go for more torch number goes up or down from what you have stock 3 blade or 4?

Thats a real deal for a boat I think you were very lucky in more ways than one.
So far we are working blind.A tinytach is easy to install, reasonable, and will work on any 2 cylinder 2 stroke motor without regard to stator poles.Perhaps you could borrow a gps from a friend.if you can't give us actual specs (max rpm and speed) we need more details.Typical load, typical activity, details on performance.does it plane, does it get on plane quickly?Slowly?not at all? How many seconds to plane.A guess on speed?
Prop pitch number is the inches forward the boat moves in one revolution of the prop.(disregarding slip)12" pitch moves one foot.
Basically less pitch( lower number)increases power decreases speed, more pitch increases speed decreases power.Selecting a prop is like selecting a single gear on a car to do everything.Motor must operate within its recomnded rpm range.77,35= 5,200-5,800.If badly over propped decreasing pitch might increase speed as well as power.Usually recomended to prop for the high end of rpm range.
