Sometimes when you advertise on a media like Craigslist you simply have to use words that the average schmukk might understand. If you said it had a new sole the potential buyer might think it was a fish sandwich, or a deck might imply a cabin cruiser. "Floor" is understandable to a novice.
Irregardless, if you do say sole and the guy really understands what you're saying because he's a pundit, he'll pass anyway because he knows most rebuilds were not done correctly (present forum company excluded).
Maybe even SBL did the work!!!

What people call a floor is a sole. That is the correct term.
A deck is topsides as in the front deck on a cabin cruiser not inside the boat.
