    Just dropped the mini off at the body shop ($2300) this AM. The truck hit 230k as we pulled into the lot. Or 70k more than the other 2 cars combined. To be fair though, we've had both cars since 2019. Aside from the mini's recent woes both cars have been perfect.

    I think I misunderstood... The rubber was when you drained the block? If that's the case then no, it wouldn't be the shutters. For some reason I thought you found it in the exhaust cavity while doing the impeller.

    So you just removed the lower? So you're shifting gears by turning the shifter lever directly? Guessing you'd have better luck by removing the upper as well and reassembling off the boat.
