    Those are great ideas, for sure! Here's what I did today. After a few hours, I was able to add more spacers. If this doesn't give good results. I'll kerf cut the foam side.

    Thought about kerf cuts with a layer of CSM, but that would get hard to staple to. Was trying to think of a coating that would soak in and dry to hold the curve. You may be onto something. I'm going to try the traditional method first and go from there.

    I used ratchet straps to pull my hull to dimension across the beam, also. I was meticulous to keep it at the recorded widths, but in the end, it still came out a bit wide when I released the tension. So if yours has any amount of tension holding the sides, the sides may be curving like a bow...

    When I hinge this puppy up, it'll be like there is no enclosure at all. Seat and steps will raise with it. It's really light, yet strong due to the facets. The hinge bears much of the weight, so a gas strut or two will make it almost effortess. Still not sure how I want to finish it...
