    now you get to figure out where that piece of impellor went to. and hope it is not plugging up a passage in the cooling system. hope just replacing the water pump fixes your problem.

    You will need to find out where that gas is coming out. is it out of the vents on the carbs? if so the float is not closing off the flow thru the needle and seat, which causes the bowl to over fill and come out the vents

    did you use some big wrenches like in the video to put a heavy duty strain on the puller? I know very little about Suzuki's lower units, but guess they would be like others, so the penion gear on the drive shaft and the forward and reverse gears on the prop shaft are meshed all of the time...

    service manual should have that info My C40 does not have that type of gasket so my manual does not show any sealent in that area

    try to reuse it and see, I would not sure how much a new seal would cost you tho on something that old

    did you follow the link and sync procedure in your service manual after putting the carbs back on after cleaning? checking to make sure the timing is in spec at idle and advancing as it should is part of that

    with that prop? hard to say what is going on unless you have seen it happen yourself. if this is a carbed motor, maybe they need cleaning due to a jet being partially plugged causing a cylinder to run lean at high rpm( not good for the cylinder/motor. If it is an injected motor, then maybe...

    need to know if there is fuel in the VST when this happens. Drain the VST to see how much is in there when it shuts down. either the pump has nothing to pump, or the pump is not pumping even if you think you hear it running.

    that is an alarm, not a buzzer. what motor are you dealing with Maybe water in fuel filter, only in neutral on some motors

    Clean the carbs, sounds like it is running too lean and cannot transition properly to high speed under load

    if this thing is fuel injected, drain the VST to see if there is water in there. also are you raising the motor while this problem is happening, or all the way down?
