    That's normal, a mechanical diaphragm pump will pulse like that or even a bit more. An electric can also see a bit of that

    Wiring can be found in the manuals based on what motor. Can get custom wiring harness for motor and boat side. May be able to find a ready made harness but being that old it may be hard to find new, most likely used The trim and K planes will be easy enough

    Many times the limit stops working, so if there was a limit with down and the drive was up, that could be worst IMO

    Search for 861156A1 and others will show up To do actual pressure check it would take a fitting 91-806901 and gauge Pressure should be 30 psi

    Don't know your serial number but a TBI should be 30 psi and the hose clamped with that hose would would be leaking if not start to bulge. Can see from the pic that the hose is easy to fold over and crimp No issue with after market fuel pump

    Looks like your pump is shot. You should not be able to use those hose clamps and clear hose without them coming apart
