2015 Mercruiser 4.3L TKS - Engine stall after 30 minutes; Unable to restart at 1/4 throttle

Having it at the shop I'll assume they had it running on a hose at idle and it did ok? Need at least 1/2 throttle and later would idle, I would lean toward the carb was flooding. Might have had a spec of crud in the needle seat and it sitting for some time, it dislodged and starts working ok...

2003 Merc 5.0 MPI no start, intermittent spark

5V low will be one of the 5V sensors. With key ON disconnect them one at a time until you find the one pulling it down.

Ran amazing then shake no thrust

The question is, Does the carb throttle plate move full open when the throttle handle is moved full forward?

Merc Bravo 3 prop shaft seal....

Its a snap ring, but does not have holes so SR pliers can not be used. If memory serves it just takes a small screw driver

Merc Bravo 3 prop shaft seal....

Once the retainer (item 38) is removed both axles will come out. Will need to remove a retaining ring (item 32) and they will separate https://www.mercruiserparts.com/bam/subassembly/30973/5398/130

    4.3 Mercruiser Power problem!

Lets start with the motor serial number? Also is this a new to you boat, or has the problem just started? Can be many things, most of these are fuel issue or low compression

Merc Bravo 3 prop shaft seal....

Removal is easy enough for the small shaft, the larger one is a bear but can be done. A press is best to install the seals. I used the old small seal and placed on top of the new small seal then a hose clamp to keep them from separating doing install That is the correct seal kit

Merc Bravo 3 prop shaft seal....

The shaft has to come out and its not as hard to remove as the outer seal. Here is my link where I did it https://forums.iboats.com/threads/looks-like-im-getting-into-bravo-outdrive-repair.617342/page-2

    No start situation

Want to see if the spark is steady as motor cranks. Should get 2 sparks with each revolution. Crank it a good 10 seconds and see if it stays constant. Should jump 0.40 easy enough even though your plugs are .35. Should also be white or Blue

Need to better understand the orange spark and make sure its orange. Even orange should ignite gas. Can use a spark plug from the coil to ground but it would be better to use a spark gap tester. Can set it up and see if its a good spark...

    No start situation

You have 12V at the coil, so I would not suggest running jumpers. Jumpers are good for a quick check but can also cause damage if connected incorrectly
