    Remove white wire from safety switch.----Touch that wire to ground.-----Have your assistant try and crank the motor with white wire grounded.

    Find the safety switch on the motor.----Near the throttle arm.-----A white switch .----With one white wire.----Repeat 1 white wire.----If throttle is too far advanced it will not crank.----If switch is dirty inside it will not crank.----I clean those switches.

    A carburetor is a simple / crude device that responds to air flowing through it.----And carburetors are not well understood.-----That is why for decades the rumour of a 200 MPG carburetor has been out there.-----Even with sophisticated computers and fuel injection we are not near the 200 MPG target.

    Just checked parts book.----One hose from electric primer valve to top of carburetor.---Run to your local boat shop to have this simple primer and starting set-up explained to you.

    Post a picture of the transom at the back.----One way is to cut out the outside skin.-----Replace the core.----Glue the skin back on.
