    Should have power to 30 and 86, and and 87 will go to the fuel pump. When ground is applied to 85 the relay energizes I don't know which pin on your OSX because I don't have a wiring diagram. Look at the color of the wire on pin 85 and try to find it on the ECM

    Believe it's gas and a Westerbeke (op can correct). While diesel can require a preheat when cold, Westerbeke uses the preheat even on gas models. The preheat doesn't do anything other then is a secondary switch that must be pressed to pass voltage to the start relay. Kind of a added safety thing

    It will continue to leak. Most all cylinders can be rebuilt or replaced one way or another. Might be done at a hydraulic shop

    Fuel flows from the outside to the center. Anything on the outside should be caught by the filter. As for the pitting, depends what kind of seal is used.

    Current Bats are said to last longer before needing replaced if slow charged. Wonder where Bats get recycled, currently I haven't found a place that specifically takes them, only places that you can drop your small ones off like Lowes. Regular Bats are paying 0.25 per pound

    Fuel pump relay turns ON by the ECM applying a ground to the negative side of the relay. Check the contacts and wire between relay and ECM
