    The water system from the drive is not connected to the HW heater. There can be a connection between the engine block and the HW heater to warm the water, but I'm talking about the fresh water which comes from the holding tank or shore connection Post a pic so we can see

    Thanks 555 ECM Place a voltmeter on pin D of the DLC connector. With Key turned ON there should be 12V. The 12V should stay there when cranking

    No expert, but that would be my guess. Have not heard of a Force Merc motor, but post your question in one of those sections and have a better chance of getting a more knowledgeable person Otherwise might just get a left had prop and go boating

    Just looked the manual up and it shows a drain (item 7) in the manual. Its its not there look for a plug. I winterize my HW tank by draining and then connect a short piece of hose between the inlet and out put of tank. This way you need much less AF That said, I also don't use AF in my water...

    Without the module you don't have a working ignition. The link chris has list parts and how the TB ignition works. Search for Delco EST and it will show what it takes. All ignition except points or petronix or the like require a module

    No, the oil hole has to be in the same place. You have new style so just look the the oil hole inside the large o ring on the water jacket
