    Take the throttle cable off and make sure throttle plates closed. Did you do any carb work as there are several types of base gaskets that will cause air leak under TP's

    If it originally came as jet you will need to install shift rod and linkage. Easier to swap a prop to jet than vise versa

    If prop dont spin either upper gears failed/coupler spun or driveshaft broke. If it tends to overheat it the coupler or driveshaft.
