    Right at the beginning of the video there is a pivot screw missing at the front.----Great big hole in that linkage.--Screw is item #46 I believe.

    I would look at the float / float valve in vapor separator.----Replace diaphragm in the wee vapor extraction pump.----Replace gasket on the tank cover.------Check internals of the VRO pump.------Check fuel lines , anti syphon valve from tank to motor.----Perhaps test run with a portable tank...

    Possibly the water diverters are blocking water flow on one side.----Cylinder head must be removed to inspect those 2 items.----And these motors have a history of broken piston rings.----Do a compression test.---Keep the values for future reference.----Post them here.
