    Wrong year on title

Had a similar issue here in Ohio. Had a hand written reciept along with title.Showed it all to the deputy registrar and had to fill out a statement about a typo error. Made out a new title to me and all was good. Sometimes it depends on what type of person is on the other side of the counter !!

Towing Boston Whaler 130 with Honda CRV

Don't add weight to get the needed tongue weight, instead, adjust the boat position further forward, or move the axle rearward to get the proper tongue weight. Unless your going cross country you will be fine with your CRV. We have owned a few over the years, great vehicles and will easily...

    Gun Safe

I get better insurance rates having a good gun safe, not only for guns but keeping valuables in general. Bolt it down or bolt thru the back so it can't be tipped.

    Gun Safe

Hard to beat the TSC prices for the quality...my only recommendation is to stay away from the electronic push button locks. I highly recommend the dial type lock only. A very good friend is a locksmith and stated, "give me a nine volt battery and two pieces of wire and I can open an electric...

    J200 - Damaged Crankshaft/Flywheel Nut Threads

Sounds like to much work, once you get the correct thread size buy a threading die, not very expensive and just chase the existing threads. A thread pitch gage and a threading die together will give you change from a 20 dollar bill.

    J200 - Damaged Crankshaft/Flywheel Nut Threads

Looks like someone pounded on the end...any machine shop should have a thread pitch gage to measure it for you. Actually they are not expensive, you might buy your own to have one on hand.

    Hybrid Vehicles

It is all politics being pushed by gov't to create more jobs and spend more money. Round here permits for windmills are very expensive, while permits for solar are much cheaper even though they take up far more land space. It just shows how much the local gov't is supporting the three very...
