    Likely under the upper cowl support. Here is a pic of my old engine with the Rear and Front supports removed from the upper, which is still attached. It also has the water jacket cover off. But do what racer suggested, look on the Tilt/Swivel Yoke for it first.

    The Dia, Pitch and Part# are usually located under the Nut and Washer that hold the Prop on. Sometimes the Dia and Pitch are also on the outer hub.

    There are many well made Plastic tanks, and some of the problems with leaky ones, is owner/operator induced. Some people are Ham Fisted when tightening Fittings, and threads in Polyethene are not very strong

    You should be able to remove the Cowl Support without dropping the gearcase, it hangs off the top of the Powerhead

    A lot depends on the location of the anchor for the Cable and the distance from the Pivot Point the Cable attaches to the bracket. Those Push-pull systems work best when they utilize the Tilt Tube and are anchored to to it
