    That’s what the SELOC had, but they cut into the gaskets to the point where I had huge air leaks. This was also with using the new BRP kits. Dealer/mechanic said that I shouldn’t go over 15 inch lbs.

    Tightening the side plates and bowls to the SELOC specs ruined the gaskets and deformed the bowls to the point the floats were hanging up.

    Hi, I'm looking for some torque specs for the side plates and bowls on a 2001 Johnson 200hp J200VXSIF. would like to know what a Evinrude manual says cause I think the SELOC numbers might be incorrect. Mechanic said they should only be like 15 inch lbs.

    The previous owner removed the oil reservoir at some point and the motor has been running on premixed fuel. VRO2 fuel pump is still there so I need to look into rebuilding it and reinstalling the oil reservoir. I don't see anything leaking from the fuel pump area.

    It only happens if the air temp is in the 80s or higher so I was hoping that would narrow things down a bit. It's also happening when the motor wasn't running and is cool.     This is cool just sitting in the driveway and not running. I come home from work and there is fuel dripping down off the lower unit. Clean is all off and I see nothing for days till it hits about 85 degrees air temp. I want to put in a slip but that's not going to happen with random fuel leaking.

    New to me since the boat is new to me, engine in the down position, I assume the vent is fine since when out on the water everything works like it should, looks like all 6 might be doing the same thing as seen in the photo unless its the 2 top carbs leaking down on the others.

    2001 Johnson 200HP Ocean Pro, When it's hot out (85 and up) I see fuel dripping onto the driveway. Not sure if its a float adjustment or maybe vent blockage since I do have to pump the bulb up to get pressure in the line. What do you think? Runs fine with no issues.

    Kept the same design from 97-05 when Aquasport production ceased. Wellcraft 210 sportsman had the same issue and were built at least until 2011.
