    That was my next course of action haha. Maybe hammer it up to reverse what tilting down on it does and then try hammering the handle sideways.

    I did tilt up of course. But yes, it is strange it is locked up in that position, for no reason. I see no rust or corrosion.

    What surprises me is the Engine tech who did a service 2 months ago with p.o didnt mention it at all. How do I get access to that area as its at the end of the arm on the inside of the engine, if that makes sense, how do I make it easy to get into that area at the end of the arm connected to...

    For some reason the Trim Support Lever (which is original but different to the manuals), will not move left or right to its correct position to be out of the way for the engine to be trimmed down for normal use.

    As per above, even with engine fully tilted up, it cannot be moved to either side, it feels firmly stuck, unless I am doing something wrong, but on it, it just says to move left or right, with engine up, I cannot move it either way all of a sudden. Am I meant to pull it out first? Here is a...

    Im not sure if it is the steering bar itself or something on the engine, it has rubber on each side of it which hasnt prevented water getting in there. It was just serviced by an Evinrude Tech, so I dont think its a major. I have rubbed it with my finger so the rust looks more than it is, but if...
