    looking more and more like a major piggy bank break coming... :-( lasts hope would be finding a dead horse with used injectors you could recycle with the proper injector coefficient files.

    strange the pressure drops... isn't the high pressure pump an electric pump? why would you have vapor coming out ... are you running on bad fuel ? have you tried a different fuel source with fresh gas and some EV engine cleaner ??

    not clear if you inspected the 25hp filter or the 150hp ..... be very careful checking the VST filter .... vst can nipples are easy to break causing a junked VST $$$ so easy going !! see utubes you are correct about the common fuel buss distribution but who knows...

    I do not think a 2% variance of the cap is critical , certainly not with home type measuring tools measuring ohms or capacitance on such large caps may affect the meter capabilities. ohm meters use 3 or 9 volts as as source battery to sense things and such a large cap may give weird...

    SO ... it does not crank over when you go START.... does the selenoid react ........Have a buddy keep the key on START and wiggle shake prod all the wiring to see if you get a reaction on the selenoid/starter circuit . did you inspect all fuses on the PDP new or old one....
