    The seal looks good, looks like its just barely below the ring surface. The spacer is for the most part a washer (flat bushing) to keep the ring spaced from the lower housing

    Shifting to design 3 housing should be straight forward without using the Y-pipe supplied. It might be needed if the old Stat is being used but I would switch

    Post a pic so we can see the placement Is this a Gen 1, 2 or MC? There is a rear seal but what spacer are you talking about, the tolerance ring maybe?

    A 10mm offset should not effect loading the boat. Might be bunks or rollers are not positioned correctly

    Never liked prefilling a diesel filter, gas is ok but not diesel. The diesel injector nozzle are just really small and one spec can clog it. The manual posted previous it list the motor can have 2 filters not counting the screen filter on the fuel pump. It says to loosen the bleed screw and...

    Have Farm Bureau Ins and cost about $200 a year for Seadoo, runabout and Cruiser all together. Only reason for a marine survey is if the boat it self is insured. Just guessing is the person answering the questions didn't know any better, or they really don't want to do it

    Just add it to your home owners for liability only. Note the max is the amount that's on your home. I do the same for all my current boats.

    You can bore and sleeve, but maybe just bore all of them and full rebuild Don't know why it No 4 on both but check the exhaust for a leak
