    Your getting to much fuel, and the second pumper is just adding more. The 4150/4160 come in a variety of configurations (single, double, E choke, etc) and good thing is they are easily changed. Do you know what jets are installed?

    Your not going to get enough water just sitting thru the winter to make an issue. You have something that is leaking water into the tank. If the boat is on a trailer How and where is it stored? Pic maybe What boat is it? Where is the gas fill and tank vent?

    ^^ Agree I would not use a 4 blade prop on the boat, it takes more HP to turn and you don't need all the stern lift. Your 4 blade 19 is like a 3 blade 21 Look for a 3 blade 19
