    Don't know but follow the wire coming in from shore power (which you probably have tried) to breaker panel. Also note it may have 2 main breakers inline. My Formula has one within 3 feet of shore power plug, and another on the breaker panel. My isolator is behind the breaker panel

    If you haven't lost any power your probably ok. Only way to check is with a bore scope inside plug holes, otherwise have to pull heads. I would check timing and move on unless something is noticed

    Seal behind gimbal bearing is not to keep water from coming in, it's there to keep grease and dirt out.

    Ya'll hitting a guy pretty hard for asking a question. Being a 2000 it may have the HVS Dizzy with the 555, but depending on the motor it may have a MEFI 1 or 2 and a EST or TB Dizzy.

    Guess you are right, its the upper and lower hinge pin. Most likely the upper. Can move it several times by hand on the drive and hope it loosens up some, or take it apart and clean and grease.
