    Ok then its working There should be 2 wires on the Pos side of the coil. One supplys full 12V when cranking and the other supplys about 9V once its running. What you just checked was the 9V connection. Place the meter on the Pos side of coil and see if you get full 12V when cranking. Can...

    There is water drops on the piston and the rust all indicate a blown head gasket. Not to mention the 190 psi means water in those cylinders

    Check for power at Pos side of coil. If its there, with points open see if ther is power on the Neg side of coil. If both are yes, loosen dizzy and rotate to see if points open and close as the dizzy is turned

    Being 10 inch from water line and 3 inch low is either a bad install by chaparral or the hull is water logged and it heavy. So I would get taller risers if there is clearance
