Going to be Cold this Winter

Noticed the wooly worms had heavier coats, but seen that before. Next noticed there was a lot of nuts on the ground, but seen that before. The first noted something was different was that the birds left early and the ones that normally stay behind most of them are also gone. The Admiral...

    Changing drive

For the standard Bravo Ratio is determined by upper and lower sections. If you have the 1.50 ratio then just getting the standard 1.50 B3 lower (15/19) will get you back to the 1.5 ratio B3

Winterizing - Three Point Manual Drain Plug not Accessible

Yes, there is only one feed into the engine which goes thru the PS cooler. Pumping 4 gallons of antifreeze thru muffs would give me comfort enough to be sure the pump and up thru the cooler will be protected. The 3 point drain has been out for years, but we are just now starting to see...

This is a classic example of the IAC going out or the wiring to the IAC (P/N 803149). The IAC is located on the throttle body. I know your info given from the prior owner list this was replaced, but this item is not working.

MCM 5.0L EFI 305 Will not Start.. Fuel Starvation? Cool Fuel Gen II? (FIXED ISSUE!!!) Fuel Pump replacement

The beep should do it 5 times then stop for low fuel pressure. My guess is you have the issue, just need to find out what part is keeping the pressure low, pump, regulator, injectors or something else

    Delco Voyager marine ignition system

The way I see the issue it comes down to money. Replacing a TB4 or 5 module cost quite a bit. Most don't want to drop 4 to 500 on a new module so the EST is less costly alternative. The timing curve is different and going to EST will change your performance. Just comes down to cost

I would suggest a minimum repair of lines in Green, or up to the Red top. Cut into the stringers and glass them back in when done

    Changing drive

I don't know what prop pitch or drive ratio your using so I plugged in some numbers based on some assumptions. Here is a link to bblades prop calculator http://bblades.com/propeller-slip-calculator/ So using the numbers mentioned above it comes out to 36%

MCM 5.0L EFI 305 Will not Start.. Fuel Starvation? Cool Fuel Gen II? (FIXED ISSUE!!!) Fuel Pump replacement

You don't have a carb with a float bowl, you have a Throttle body with two injectors installed on top of it. Should look something like this Here is how the system fuel flow works

The bolts go completely thru the stringers. Glass and cloth is laid and finished, If necessary sand the one side area where the aluminum 3 inch angle sits against the stringer. Then drill thru the aluminum angle and stringer. Use sealant in holes and put bolts clear thru and secure on the other...

    89 3.0 w/ est distributor

There is a gray wire going to pin 2 on the engine harness connector. This wire goes to the tach, disconnect the wire at the tach and see if you get spark. If still no spark remove connector at the coil and measure resistance from the tack wire to a good ground, it should be infinity.

Then the one WOG posted will work. It uses a manual switch to put the two together when needed. The combining switch can also be done using a solenoid so you can just push a button at the helm. Run the house wiring off one of the batteries using the 10 AWG wire (shown).
