    its a custom made volvo penta part. its made out of a chunk of steel and 3 metal lines (3/8" brake lines) that are brazed together. so to re-make, you can buy 3/8" brake lines and fire up the tubing bender and the tubing cutter. you will need to use an oxy-acc torch to de-braze the 3 tubes...

    not going to lie, the 470 looked good on paper, then the execution fell down... the cylinder head should have been aluminum, the block should have had a closed deck, the heat exchanger should have bee larger to begin with.
