    Not into but clean through with plate and bolt/nut the stringer. The bolts are horizontal and above the bilge deck, so no way for water to sit and work it's way in.

    Don't remember seeing a thru bolt stringer even get soft, no way for water to get in.

    Do wish we could get salt water fish at a more reasonable price. I've been getting Salmon for between 7 to 8 a pound on sale, regular price is 12. Most folks don't look at weight so they will probably buy it thinking there getting a deal.

    Reading the local paper today and noticed the word WOW on a grocery add. It read "WOW individual salmon portion for $5.99" Looking a bit closer it's for a 6oz portion, so $16 a pound. I then thought WOW but for the opposite meaning of what they meant ;)

    No issue with preload, just follow achris vid in the Merc section and use a rolling torque wrench

    3 - Replace all bellows 2 - Replace trim limit wires leave switches hanging 1 - Replace lower shift cable 4 - Install trim limit and trim position switches on gimbal ring

    Louisville ky to LA and back 2 times in a 70 plymonth Road Runner, no AC or anything else in the 1974 and 1978. Yes I did it swapping Right leg to Left leg, was 18 and 20, don't ever want to do that again being 50 years later
