Cowling note
Yesterday I lifted the cowl up, lowered in place and handle snapped lock in place. Today I removed/installed it for 20 minutes and could not get it to lock.

Need the depth of the tank where the float is mounted and where the pickup tube will be. Want a float that is about one inch shorter than depth of tank. Pickup tube about a 1/2 inch shorter

My 2023 Chap deck is Gel coat and has the small square pattern. The Gel is very thin and is already wearing through. Thought about using epoxy topside paint, but is there something else which would be better?
I would look closer at the 10 pin harness connector. Numbers 2 and 3 are dealing with 2 different wires going thru the connector. The trim gauge has it's own separate wire and is powered by the purple wire at the helm
The sensor wire should not have 5V on it, and this is why the ECM says the oil pressure is high.
The sensor lead has 5V weather the key is ON and motor is OFF, also when it's running. Need to be able to disconnect the sensor wire from the ECM.
