    That's what they cross to according to sparkplug cross reference website Just to be safe I would bring one of your pistons all way up and put a wooden dowel in the hole to measure how much room is in between the piston and top of threads and go from there

    The hole is in the outer ring But once you install it into the transum and try to pump grease in there it is very hard and the grease starts coming out from the outer edge of the ring not the bearing the bearing itself is sealed

Also I purchased a new compression tester from advance when I went to buy a boat because I left mine at home and it was 3 hours away the compression was 90 93 and so on. They were all within 5 psi...

    Also I don't think it's been mentioned but if your exhust manifold is leaking you could be getting water in your cylinders and causing rust in the bores during winter lay-up

    Did they have the lower unit removed from the boat if so then letting it run without water would not hurt anything I would say it could run for several minutes like this. If the lower unit was still on the boat then just a few seconds could destroy the water pump in the lower unit

    No Reputable shop that I know would start an engine more less let it run without water . It would take time to run the engine hot and do damage without water but the water pump is fried

    The Model number is in the 2nd post the number in the post above is the manual part number which I haven't been able to find I have the SELOC manual just not the OEM
