    I count 22 drive gear teeth and 20 driven gear teeth. I cant find anywhere in the manual where it shows this as a propper set up. Is there an explanation for this? Thanks for your help

    first gen alpha outdrive

    I am getting a lower unit first gen. I can get the upper part of the outdrive included at no extra money but it wont be the correct gear ratio. Is it worth paying the extra shipping. Probibly wont be more than 100 bucks. Are there enough parts that I ccould use in the event I toast my upper? Thanks

    trailering cover

    I have a great trailering top in great condition but the brass gromit used for the poll that raises the top to shed water came off. It is a brass gromit about 3/4 inch round with a 1/4 inch hole in it. Is there a way I can put a new one on? If so what do I need? Thanks.
