    the cam follower or roller should just line up on the mark on the Cam with the throttle handle on START . if not loosen the 2 bolt hold the cam under the FW and adjust accordindly.

    you have circuits which have voltage flowing via blocking diodes and diode do cause voltage drops so a 1volt drop does not seems exhorbitant as long as any associated connection is solid..btw diode can be affected by heat and cause an increase in voltage drop which may mess things up...

    the PDP panels have a known history of cold solder connections causing intermittent loss of power . basically the lower B+ entry point to the PDP needs a close look at. that b+ directly feeds T&T so an intermittent T&T is probablya give away that the B+ into the PDP is cold...
