    Get the debonding agent specifically for 4200/5200 3M .OR....heat gun on high till it softens and it WILL soften ,twist and pull it out after it is hot as hell and carve the residual out with a knife and try to stay away from doing stupid things like you did.Charlie

    Drain the manifolds and risers prior to draining the block.After draining the block fill risers and manifolds with AF and fill block with AF.This is more difficult, time consuming and more expensive than just draining but it is the best possible care you can provide to your engine.Charlie
