    Welcome A 4 blade prop has more drag than a 3 blade and the rule of thumb is 2 inch pitch drop. While the the 4 blade will provide more lift it looks to me like you need more HP. Max HP rating for your boat list 150, so with 115 your at the lower end of it

    As others have mentioned its most likely the prop shaft seal. Look online for a bore scope type camera that connects to your phone. You can then get it tighter places to look

    Do not use ANY automotive ALT on a boat, they are not ignition protected. Using one can cause an explosion. You don't have to use a VP ALT many make marine equivalent types

    Look on the rear of the block and directly below where the distributor is. On the top deck of the block there is a number, what is it? On the heads look in between the rockers and on the ends, see what casting number is there?

    I don't see it as a gasket issue, it looks to me as a wrong intake. The 2 bolts shown should be on each side if the center opening. Don't see how the bolt on the right is even close to the hole. Also the intake is not high enough and should be real close to top of head
